Watch: Former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield Acknowledges ‘Significant Side Effects’ Of Covid-19 Vaccines

Former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Dr. Robert Redfield made serious allegations about health agencies suppressing information about significant side effects observed when younger populations received Covid-19 vaccines.

Redfield, who served as CDC director from 2018 to January 2021, claimed that the potential risks associated with the vaccines were deliberately downplayed, leading to severe health complications for some individuals.

He voiced his concerns about the lack of transparency from major public health institutions, including the NIH, FDA, and CDC.

His allegations came during a discussion with ex-CNN host Chris Cuomo who recently claimed he was injured by a Covid vaccine.

Redfield proposed the establishment of an independent review commission during the interview to thoroughly investigate the decisions made during the pandemic across both the previous and current administrations.

Cuomo started: “I mean, the question is, what could we be doing about it? Do you believe that we should have a review commission, a la the 9/11 Commission, not sitting Congressional members, who take a look at all the decisions made during the pandemic for both administrations to see what was right, what was wrong, and what needs to be different?”

Redfield responded: “You know, Chris, I think it would be useful. The reason I say that is there’s been so much credibility lost in the public science groups, NIH, FDA, CDC, because I think there was a lack of really just transparency.”

“One of the things I used to tell my colleagues, ‘Don’t be afraid to say you don’t know the answer.’ And all too often, people would make up the answer,” he added.

“And as you know, those of us that tried to suggest there may be significant side effects from vaccines, we, like with the rest of your show that you had early on, we got canceled because no one wanted to talk about the potential that there was a problem from the vaccines because they were afraid that that would cause people not to want to get vaccinated,” he continued.

Redfield went on to say that the Covid-19 vaccines are important and that they saved many lives, particularly among those over 60 or 65 years old.

He then admitted that despite the vaccines not being as critical for those under 50, they still played a crucial role. Adding that we need to be collectively honest about how some people experienced significant side effects from the vaccine.

“I have a number of people that are quite ill, and they never had Covid, but they are ill from the vaccine, and we just have to acknowledge that,” he said.

Redfield’s interview with Cuomo came on the heels of a discussion between the former CNN host and Dr. Deborah Birx, the former White House coronavirus response coordinator.

Birx began by acknowledging AstraZeneca’s withdrawal of its Covid-19 vaccine from the U.S. market.

She then admitted that thousands of Americans might suffer from vaccine-related injuries due to the Covid-19 shots.

CN reported earlier this month on Cuomo’s change of tune on the Covid-19 vaccines, plus some of his shocking admissions as of late.

Cuomo recently revealed that he is using the pharmaceutical drug Ivermectin to combat his battle with “long Covid,” despite previous criticism of individuals advocating for the drug’s use during the pandemic in 2020.

He declared in 2020 that those pushing for Ivermectin “need to be shamed.”
